The Conscious Leadership Accelerator (CLA)

A six-week, live, experiential program for coaches and leaders who want to embody conscious leadership rather than just understand it intellectually.

CLA supports a fundamental shift from leading out of reactivity, stress, or over-effort, to leading from presence, coherence, and choice.

Through neuroscience-backed practices, nervous system regulation, inquiry, and relational learning, participants learn to recognize their patterns, interrupt reactivity, and access more creative, resilient responses in real time.
